TERMS OF SERVICEAny client is expected to respect the Terms of Service.

Property and Copyrights:- Every sculpts/models I create are my own, including commissions from my clients. Clients cannot claim authorship of my work.
- I do not own clients’ character(s) used in my work. Clients are expected to respect the character(s)’ copyrights involved.
- Clients may share my work as long as I am credited.
- Every pieces created are unique and cannot be re-sold.
- Clients have the right to use the artwork for any personal uses (printing, rendering etc...).
- Any commercial intent of my work has to be disputed beforehand (copyright transfer etc...).
- Any use of generative AI learning with my work is prohibited.
- I reserve myself the right to use every artwork done to promote my work.Payments and Refunds:- By commissioning me, clients have to make sure that they are able to pay.
- Halfway through the process, clients are required to pay the discussed price once they are satisfied with the W.I.P (Work in Progress). As long as the payment is not received, I will not continue the commission.
- I only accept payment using Paypal (for now), as "Goods and Services".
- The money has to be converted in euros.
- We can discuss about a payment plan, simply ask me.
- Refunds are not possible. However clients may choose between: paying the totality of the commission at the start ; or paying 50% up front and the remaining cost at the halfway point.Process and Revisions:- During the W.I.P, clients can ask for modifications without any cost. However, revisions during the final steps may cost extra fees, depending of the complexity of the task.
- If there is any problem related to the mesh integrity (printing, rendering, corruption etc...), clients will receive free corrections without question.
- The duration of the commission will depend on the complexity of the task and the payment process. Expect it to be finished within a month or so.Ethics and Legality:- I will not tolerate any forms of disrespects, threats and incivilities. These behaviors will lead to the annulation of the commission and may lead to legal actions.
- By commissioning me, you are accepting French’s laws involved.
- I do not create any illegal or unethical contents such as : Explicit and Graphic Underage sceneries, Zoophilia, Harmful Targeted Content against individuals, extreme kinks etc…
